Debashish brings in over two decades of HR experience with Industries like IT, Engineering, Product, Financial Services, SaaS, FinTech, ITES, and so on. Deb bas set up and led various functions like Organization Development, Talent, Performance, L&D, HR and he has been passionate about People & Technology. Besides being an HR professional he is a Gallup Strengths Coach, Master Trainer & Facilitator, Trained more than 65 thousand professionals on different high impact organizational and behavioral topics. His deep expertise has enabled many transformational journeys and initiatives for individuals, groups, and organizations and some of them have been radical. He is also a mentor to several startup founders/board/CXOs. Loves to invest his time on technology, Human Psychology, Leadership & Management areas. Deb is fond of this space of advisory and consulting where he works with seasoned HR professionals, organization leaders, coaches and facilitators for maximizing the impact of key roles and functions. He identifies himself as a ‘Student for Life’ and commitment to serve the purpose resides at the core of his heart.

As the Chairman of RISE, I bring over 10 years of experience in software development at leading multinational companies, specializing in cutting-edge technologies and machine learning. My expertise spans education systems, core values, and the pharmaceutical domain. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. My passion for educational innovation drives my vision to create a school where students are not merely taught but truly empowered to think, make, and lead.
